5. Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: If you need an entertainer for a specific date and you do not choose one ahead of time you will have to choose from whoever is working at the time the entertainer is requested.

Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason after an entertainer has arrived at your location.

Refunds will be approved only in certain situations. If  a credit card refund needs to be made there will be a 20% fee deducted from the original payment.

Product(s) will be supplied after a payment has been received and approved.

 

6. Credit Policy

We accept and process Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our Paypal account.

 

7. Fees

You acknowledge that Sugar And Spice of Tallahassee Inc. reserves the right to charge for services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. Further more, in the event Sugar And Spice of Tallahassee Inc. terminates your rights to use our services because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund of compensation in any way.

12. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate court located in Tallahassee, Florida. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of said Courts. You consent to service of process in any legal proceeding.
